Since our start in 2012, artist services are at the heart of Het Klassiek. Over the years, we have built up a solid reputation amongst artists, tourmanagers and agents from around the world, confirming that everything is taken care of down to the last detail. As a full service agency, we love to take all the work and worry off your hands, from the moment an artist is booked. Artist advancing
If the advancing is done right, the handling during the event itself will be a walk in the park! Artist Advancing means confirming and arranging all the details that are needed for a show, in advance. From the moment an artist is booked, we take care of the rest. Flights and accommodation, travel itineraries, hospitality, technical equipment, dressing room and other backstage requirements, ground transport, your artist handling team. We make sure that everything you need for successful artist handling is in place.
Artist handling
Artist Handling means the actual handling of the artist, on and around the show location - from pick up to drop off. If the advancing is done right, the handling is a breeze. Besides having all technical, personal and productional requirements in place, the most important factor in good artist handling is your artist team. From a familiar face at the check in, runners and drivers, (junior to senior live-) stagemanagers, artist coordinators and -managers; with a talent pool of over 300 experienced event freelancers, we always know the right person for the job - or people for the best team.
